If you are not completely satisfied with your Brazilian Bliss purchase, you are welcome to return it within 15 days of the date of reception for a complete refund or within 30 days of the date of reception for a merchandise credit. The garnment must not been worn or altered and the hangtags must still be attached.
For swimwear, the protective lining sticker is required for return or exchange.
Please note that our garment on sales may not be returned or exchanged.
How to complete your return :
1.Place the item(s) back in its original packaging with all tags.
2. Include a copy of your Brazilian Bliss invoice and a brief note explaining the reason of your return.
3. Visit the nearest Canada Post store and a representative will take care of sending your package at our attention at the following address:

Please note that it is important to keep your customer receipt as it contains your Canada Post tracking number.
How to exchange an item for another:
It is possible to exchange an item for a different size, style or color. If the item you would like to exchange is still available, simply place a new online order and return the original item for a full refund by following the procedure above for returns. You will receive your new item much faster.
Return shipping charges are on us and once we receive your return, we will quickly refund the returned items on the credit card or gift card used for the original transaction. We’ll send you an email notification to let you know when it has been done.
You may return or exchange an online order in person at our showroom located on the St-Laurent Boul. at the angle of Liège St. in Montreal, within 15 days from the date that you receive your package. Items may be exchanged for store credit up to 30 days from original purchase. Simply bring the electronic invoice you received by email along with the packing slip that was included in the package. Brazilian Bliss will offer an exchange, refund (on the credit card used to make the original purchase) or gift card for the original purchase price.
